Salicrop Salt Refund Policy - Food Product

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations in New Zealand, we cannot accept returns of opened food pouches.

Eligible for refund/replacement:
- Damaged in transit (photo required within 48 hours)
- Wrong item received
- Unopened, sealed pouches within 14 days (you pay return shipping)

Not eligible:
- Opened or partially used pouches
- Change of mind after opening
- Storage not per instructions (store dry)

Email salicropsalt@gmail.com with order # + photo. We respond within 24h and process refund to original payment method within 3-5 days.

We comply with NZ Consumer Guarantees Act for defective goods.
