Once your order is placed, we carefully inspect and pack your items before handing them to our trusted courier partners for delivery. If there are any issues with delivery, the courier company may contact you directly.

SalicropSalt currently ships throughout New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North Island: 1–3 working days
- South Island: 2–5 working days
- Rural addresses: allow an additional 1–3 working days
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, peak periods, or due to courier delays.
