Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, please email Salicropsalt@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still qualify for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Your Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
